How to get PEC result for 2018 ?

Students can get result for public examinations of PEC in the following ways:


  • Results are available in the institution, school or College noticeboard.
  • PSC  – Primary School Certificate result from the DPE website: www.dpe.gov.bd
  • Get results through a SMS from mobile phone. (charge applicable).

Primary Education Completion Examinaitons Result – PEC Result 2018

If you want to get PEC result through SMS, from your mobile message option type :

DPE [space] Thana or upazila code number [space] roll number [space]2018 and then send to 16222.

For Ebtedayee, to get EBT result through SMS, from your mobile message option type :

EBT [space] Thana or upazila code number [space] roll number [space] 2018 and then send to 16222.

The first 5 numbers of the EMIS code number of any government or registered primary school should be used as the code number for the upazila / thana.

 


Previous year PSC Results

PSC Results 2017 : Primary School Certificate, PSE Results 2017 and Ebtedayee terminal examinations published on December 30 2017.
Primary and Mass Education Minister of Bangladesh, Mostafizur Rahman  handed over the result sheet to Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Gonobhaban on December 30, 2017 in the morning. And the PME minister officially announced the PSE results 2017 at his ministry in the afternoon.

In 2017, a total of 30,96,075 students took part in the PSC (DPE) and its madrasa equivalent Ebtedayee examinations.
12,99,985 male and 15,04,524 female have appeared for PSC examinations in 2017..
Total 2,91,566 students appeared for Ebtedayee examinations this year. 1,53,152 were male and 1,38,414 female: The PSC examinations began on November 19, 2017 and ended on November 26, 2017.

 

GPA grading System
Education boards maintain GPA grading System for Results for JSC, SSC, HSC but PSC still in old system like first division, second division and third division.

In the mark sheet you will not see subject marks but GPA, such as 2 to 5 and Grade : A+, A, A-, B, C, D, F.

 

The Primary School Certificate (PEC) examinations in 2015 have passed  a 98.52% while 95.15% students have passed in the equivalent Ebtedayee examination. A total of 275,980 students obtained GPA-5 in the PEC exams and 5,473 in the Ebtedayee examinations. A total of 3,254,514 students sat for the PEC and Ebtedayee examination this year, held from November 22 to November 30, 2015.
