Berlin, 1942: Whilst Bruno returns house from faculty in the future, he discovers that his assets are being packed in crates. His father has won a promoting and the circle of relatives will have to transfer to a brand new space some distance, some distance away, the place there’s no one to play with and not anything to do. A tall fence stretches so far as the attention can see and cuts him off from the ordinary other folks within the distance.
