Ingredients and quantity

Chicken – 600 gram (8 pcs)

Oil – 1 Cup


Cinnamon – 4 pieces

Dry Chili power – 1 table spoon

Ginger paste – 1 table spoon

Poppy seed paste – 0.5 tea spoon

Clove – 3 pieces

Cassia leaves – 1 leaf

Onion slices – 1 cup

Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon


Turmeric powder – 0.5 tea spoon

Cumin powder – 0.5 tea spoon

Sour Curd (yogurt) – 0.5 cupchiken bhuna

Cardamom – 4 pieces

Salt – as required

Nuts paste – 2 table spoons

Procedure:

Wash the chicken pieces. Give oil on the pan and add sliced onion, garlic fry until brown. Add all other ingredients and braise it for quite some time. After it smells good, give the pieces of chicken into the paste and braise a little. When the chicken pieces are done pour some warm water on it and keep it on mild heat for some time until the chicken is tender. Then its read for serve.
